American Conquest announced

GSC, the creators of Cossacks: European Wars, have announced an aspiring new RTS game based on the exploration and development of the American expanse. From the first European landing on the new world, to the development of colonies, to the formation of the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia and other American countries, the game will cover a broad range of dramatic, historical events. Called American Conquest and slated for release in 2002, it will begin the moment Christopher Columbus landed on the new world and continue up to the formation of the United States, covering more than three centuries of events.
