Valve Software has released a new beta patch for the non-Steam dedicated Half-Life servers, bringing the Win32 and Linux servers to version 4.1.1.1e and v3.1.1.1e respectively. This release "prevents the published dlfile exploi" and "fixes incorrect time base being used for client prediction on server."

* Added list of file extensions that cannot be downloaded with the dlfile command. The exclude list is currently: .cfg .ini .bat .exe .vbs .com .dll .lst .log. This prevents the published dlfile exploit.
