Hey you! Yes, we've promised to bring you the full playable version of The Troma Project today. Unfortunately this will not happen due to one of the parties involved - Zuxxez, which once owned the European retail rights (and which it later on sold to BigBen Interactive), has decided to put a plug on the thing and threaten with a lawsuit, even if both Nekrosoft and Troma Studios wanted to make a nice present to both you and Achim Heidelauf, the game's producer, whose birthday it was today. Since we don't have the money for lawyers, we won't comment this any further except for wishing a Happy Birthday to Achim and giving the word to Troma Studios' Lloyd Kaufman, who couldn't have said it better than ourselves: "I am truly sorry that we are not able to give this game to the people as we intended to! It is always a problem when negative people are involved... but they will get their's someday! I am also sorry for the developers. They did a great job and didn't earn a penny on this. However, something positive at last: if you go and get one of our DVD's from the Troma store and ask us to send you a copy of the full game with it, we will gladly include it for free! But there are only a few left... Long live Troma!" And of course, you can always download the publically available demo version of the game and other related goodies right here.
