X3: Terran Conflict v3.1 Patch

Egosoft has issued a new patch for X3: Terran Conflict, upgrading to v3.1 this stand-alone game set in the universe of X3 (thanks: The Patches Scrolls). This update brings a large number of fixes and improvements to many parts of the game.
