Hannibal: Rome and Carthage in the Second Punic War v1.03 Patch

Rule tweaks, balance changes, and a sharper AI all headed to the ranks
Matrix Games and Forced March Games have issued a new patch for Hannibal: Rome and Carthage in the Second Punic War, a turn-based strategy game that puts you in command of the Carthaginian military during a period of total war over land and sea with the young Roman Republic. The update improves Numidian Cavalry during pursuit, updates the tutorials, adds a balancing factor regarding city militia, improves the already formidable AI, and addresses some remaining bugs.
