Family Farm Goes Retail and Screens #2/Demo

Iceberg Interactive harvests Family Farm
Iceberg Interactive and Hammerware have announced that they have struck a publishing deal for PC farming simulation game Family Farm in several territories. The boxed product of Family Farm will be released in May 2011 by Iceberg in the UK and Ireland, as well as France, Scandinavia, Benelux, Australia and New Zealand. Family Farm is a farming game which could be described as a tycoon (business strategy game) set in the 19th century with sims-like characters. Characters have various talents and skills, need to eat meals, babies are born, trees grow, yields depend on weather and so on. The game mechanics are similar to board and RPG games, because designer of core mechanics is author of dozens of board game. Six fresh screenshots and a playable demo have been added in our download area.
