Once upon a time a Great watch-maker, possessed by arrogance, has made watches, that counted out time, left to the world. After death of the master his younger brother, also a powerful magician, has gone on searches of these watches. If they aren't started in due time, they will count to the end and the world will be destroyed, there will come a time collapse! The old magician has devoted all life to searches of the watches, and now on a treshold of the death he asks you to continue his quest. For this purpose you need to reincarnate in one of three heroes: the knight, the magician or the barbarian... HoE can be related to genre Action with elements RPG. At your order there are various open and closed space, and also a fascinating nonlinear plot. Action proceeds in the fantasy world, there is no division into levels, it's one whole world, with weight of opportunities and without restriction of movement. The view is from the 3rd person, and also there is an opportunity to play one of three types of the hero. Each character has unique skills, system of complex combos and blocks. You can buy, sell and change things. Also you can improve the skills at a choice in process of purchasing experience. Besides the basic subject line you can carry out additional tasks for which receive a unique bonus. The world is occupied by different races: human, elves, orcs, gnomes, goblins, vampires, werewolves, magicians: not all of them are hostile and you can communicate with some of them. The world is completely independent and alive, here is change of time and day, weather conditions, its inhabitants live the life, you are as though "visitor" in this world.
