Shortly after they announced the re-release of TrackMania including the free ‘Power Up’ add-on that it will be available in the UK on the 14th May 2004 (story), Digital Jesters released 12 screenshots available in our gallery. They also announced a partnership with Scandinavian publisher Toptronics which will release Savage: The Battle for Newerth in Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
The original TrackMania game, released in November 2003, received a host of awards and accolades from across the games industry press. Described as “dangerously addictive” by PC Gamer magazine and “brilliantly simple” by Games Master, this hugely sought after add-on incorporates a host of new features and suggestions from the TrackMania fan base. Building on the strengths of the original game, the new TrackMania: Power Up! will include a brand new menu interface, 40+ additional construction blocks, an underground construction mode for tunnels, new solo ‘survival mode’ and multiplayer races. Players will also have the opportunity to use pedals for acceleration/deceleration and to face opponents in solo races. Existing TrackMania gamers will also have the opportunity to take advantage of the free add-on by downloading the ‘Power Up’ expansion pack at the official TrackMania website, www.TrackManiaGame.com. Developed by Nadeo and published in the UK by Digital Jesters, TrackMania: Power Up! for PC CD-Rom will be released on 14th May 2004 in UK with a suggested retail
