Anno 1404: Venice v1.04 Unofficial Patch
All quests linked to achievements that had civilization level caps have been adjusted to remove the caps
A new unofficial patch for Anno 1404: Venice (also known as Dawn of Discovery: Venice in North America) has been released, adding lots of gameplay improvements and bug fixes (press 'read more' for changelog).
