Killzone 3 Multiplayer Mode Goes Free-to-Play

ars tehnica is reporting that the multiplayer mod Killzone 3 will be free-to-play on on PlayStation Network on February 28th (North America). You will be able to access three game modes (Warzone, Guerrilla Warfare, and Operations) and all maps and DLC packs. On the other hand, you will be prevented from ranking up past "Sergeant", the 10th rank out of 45 in the game. If you want to continue leveling up and achieving new trophies and weapons, you have to unlock the full multiplayer mode at a cost of $14.99, or buy the full game, which also include a singleplayer mode.
