Ubi Soft has released the third update for Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, bringing this third person stealth action game developed by Ubisoft Shanghai & Annecy Studios to v1.3. This multiplayer patch improves ranking management and support of unicode characters for punkbuster (press 'read more' for full list of changes). Thanks: Blues.
