Acclaim boosts PC portfolio with "Kreed" Released 2nd July 2004 Acclaim Entertainment and Russobit-M Multimedia Project, have teamed up to bring you Kreed. This first person shooter casts gamers as a so-called legionnaire, one of the most dangerous warriors of the 3rd millennium. The protagonist is marooned on a graveyard for spaceships, inside the space anomaly Kreed, a massive gravity field attracting everything in its wake, like a giant organism. Discovering the secret to Kreed is the goal of the game. Kreed is based on the X-Tend engine and was developed by Burut Creative Team. The team is headquartered in Voronezh, Russia. Acclaim has already significantly increased its PC portfolio in the last 12 months with titles such as Wallace & Gromit, World Championship Rugby, Alias and the highly acclaimed Juiced - coming out this September.
