Endless Space Gone Retail and v1.0.16 Patch Released

The digital version of Endless Space had already been available since 4 July 2012 on Steam and on a multitude of other digital platforms
Endless Space, a 4X (eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, eXterminate) sci-fi strategy game that pits eight civilizations together in galactic conflict, has been released in retail stores today throughout Western Europe (Germany releases August 31st), Iceberg Interactive announced. In Endless Space, you will guide one of eight civilizations as you strive for galactic dominion. You can control the entire galaxy through subtle trade and diplomacy, finding powerful artifacts and resources, overwhelm other civilizations with your advanced technologies, or destroy your enemies with massive armadas. The game features hundreds of star systems to explore, different planet types, luxuries and strategic resources to exploit, a host of strange scientific phenomena to deal with, and more.
The retail version features the Emperor Special Edition of the game and comes with a 48 page manual and a 28 page artbook in a luxurious slipcase packaging.
A new patch is now available via Steam bringing the game to v1.0.16 (check full article for details).
