Drox Operative v0.928 Beta Patch

Soldak Entertainment has issued a new (beta) patch for Drox Operative, a starship action RPG with warring alien races, fierce space battles, a dynamic, evolving galaxy, and co-op multiplayer. This patch has a few balance changes, some useful UI tweaks, and a bunch of fixes.
