Crusader Kings II v1.07 Patch

Paradox Interactive has issued a new patch for Crusader Kings II, adding major speed optimizations and new events for characters with the lunatic trait. Also, caracters can have both a Plot and an Ambition, and Spymaster's Discover Plots job has been renamed to Scheme, and now also affects faction membership (thanks: The Patches Scrolls).
