Toontown Online Charity Event

A Toontown Online charity event supporting Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation will take place on Saturday, August 21st, 2004, at the Hollywood Athletic Club, located at 6525 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. Toontown Online is the first 3D massively multiplayer online PC game (MMOG) designed especially for children and their families - it was released in North America in June last year (story) and in Europe six weeks ago (story).

Guests will play Toontown live online in a carnival-style atmosphere, including a Gag Training Arena, where they can practice cream-pie target throws. Load up on anvils, banana peels and seltzer and get ready for some video game mayhem! Disney’s Toontown Online is the first massively multiplayer 3D online game designed for both kids and adults. It combines elements of traditional video games, online community and strategic role playing games. Players become Toons and join together to save the world from the Cogs, humorless business robots who are attempting to turn the colorful world of Toontown into a black and white metropolis of skyscrapers and businesses.
