CCP Games has announced that DUST 514 entered Open Beta, free to download and play for anyone with a PlayStation 3. Mercenaries can begin to shape their careers in earnest as there are no further character resets planned and every shot, every battle and every contract counts.
DUST is a PS3-exclusive triple-A free-to-play MMOFPS (massively multiplayer online first person shooter), directly set in and connected in real time with the science fiction universe of EVE Online. This means that DUST and EVE share several game systems such as mail, text and voice chat, corporations, the in-game market and more.
