Embark on a journey with Edward and discover his daily life as a pirate and Assassin in this open-world demo, in a quest for glory, fame and hidden treasures
Ubisoft has released a fresh gameplay movie for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, the next chapter in the Assassin's Creed series in the works at Ubisoft Montreal with support from Ubisoft studios in Annecy, Bucharest, Kiev, Quebec, Singapore and Sofia. You will gain insights directly from the development team on all that's new to explore in the vast, diverse Caribbean open world such as hunting for lost treasures in uncharted islands or brand new naval features, including upgrading the Jackdaw with new weaponry and recruiting your crew to conquer new enemy ships at sea.
Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag introduces Edward Kenway, a brash rebel Pirate Assassin. His fight for glory has earned him the respect of legends like Blackbeard, but also drawn him into the ancient war between Assassins and Templars, a war that may destroy everything the pirates have built. From Kingston to Nassau, you will explore 50 unique locations where you can live the life of a pirate. You can become one of the most feared pirates in the West Indies, and you can stand amongst legendary names as you establish a lawless Republic in the Bahamas and relive the truly explosive events that defined the Golden Age of Piracy.
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will be available on Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U on October 31, 2013 - the game is also being developed for Xbox One and PS4.
