Alien: Isolation Announced and Screens/Trailers

Taking survival horror back to its roots and pitting players against the Universe’s deadliest killer in late 2014
SEGA and Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products today announced Alien: Isolation, a first-person survival horror experience that aims to focus on capturing the horror and tension evoked by Ridley Scott's 1979 classic film. Fifteen years after the events of Alien, Ellen Ripley's daughter, Amanda enters a desperate battle for survival, on a mission to unravel the truth behind her mother's disappearance. As Amanda, you will navigate through an increasingly volatile world as you find yourself confronted on all sides by a panicked, desperate population and an unpredictable, ruthless Alien. Underpowered and underprepared, you must scavenge resources, improvise solutions and use your wits, not just to succeed in your mission, but to simply stay alive.
Developed by Creative Assembly, Alien: Isolation is due for release in late 2014 on PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Six screenshots, the announcement trailer and the first video dev diary are now available for your viewing pleasure.
