4. Paradox Interactive has announced a new partnership with the AbleGamers Foundation, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of those with disabilities through the power of video games. Paradox will support AbleGamers for "Everyone Can Game," a program which will raise money for the AbleGamers Charity and build awareness among gamers and developers about keeping games accessible to everybody.

5. Developed by Guerilla Tea for tablet devices and web, Staking Claimsis a digital version of the old pen and paper game known as Boxes or sometimes Dots and Boxes. Basically players draw lines around the squares on graph paper, and the idea is to complete squares to capture them. The game can be played in hotseat multiplayer, with one device. Staking Claims is now available for iOS and Android, and via Kongregate and Newgrounds.

6. UK-based developer ETX Racing has issued a major update (1.1) to their free to play mobile game, NASCAR Manager. Adding new achievements, rewards and changes for pit crew training, the update means players can enjoy the chance to earn their driver a place in the Chase and ultimately the trophy, playing the fresh knock-out format introduced by NASCAR for the 2014 season.

7. Two Tribes announced that EDGE, RUSH and Toki Tori 1 for Wii U and EDGE for 3DS are 50% lowered in price. This brings the games down to $1,99 / €1,99 or roughly your local equivalent. All these titles will stay on this price point indefinitely.

8. Available on the AppStore as well as Google Play (Amazon store follows soon), the 1.50 update to Combat Mission: Touch comes with a completely overhauled user interface, vastly improved performance, all new features, new localizations (German, Spanish and French) and numerous bug fixes.

11. Grush has launched an Indiegogo campaign for Grush Brush with the mission to help kids around the world to improve their dental health. The Grush Brush includes advanced motion sensing technology that detects precise movements during brushing and then transmits this information wirelessly to a smartphone running an interactive and instructive brushing game for kids. The brushing result, or "Grush factor," from the game is synced with a dashboard app on the parent's mobile device so the parent can reward their child for proper brushing habits.

12. Guns and Robots, a cartoon-style shooter developed for PC, has been Greenlit by the Steam Community, Masthead Studios announced. Currently in open beta testing, the title is planned for initial release through Steam later this year.
