Crimes & Punishments Delayed, Screens Released

Three pics featuring Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson investigating some of the crime scenes from the 6 exceptional cases the game asks you to solve
Previously scheduled for Q2 2014, Crimes & Punishments, the latest Sherlock Holmes game developed by Frogwares, will arrive in early September, Focus Home Interactive announced. Previously revealed for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, the game will also be available on on Xbox One.
Unlike the previous adventures of Sherlock Holmes, in Crimes and Punishments you will not be a mere spectator during the detective's investigation. It is now your turn to truly become Sherlock Holmes and lead your own investigations, as 8 cases await you. Each case offers real freedom to players, who will have to make important moral choices instead of simply enforcing justice by the book. All decisions have an influence in the game and affect your character's reputation in addition to having realistic, sometimes unexpected, consequences.
This video follows Sherlock in a murder case involving a sailor, a whale harpoon and various suspects. Note that while this video may hint at one of the possible conclusions, it is but one of many potential outcomes. Depending on how your investigation progresses, you will be able to accuse different guilty parties from among your list of suspects and determine their fate.
