Paperbound Kickstarter Campaign Underway and Video/Screens

Be a gravity ninja as you battle your friends within the pages of old story books.
Dan Holbert has launched a Kickstarter campaign for Paperbound, a game where storybook characters come to life and battle within the pages of books like Journey to the Center of the Earth. Magic dust has awakened them, and they have escaped their respective books to compete for glory. In this magical world, the normal rules of gravity don't apply. Your gravity changes direction as you run along curved surfaces - like you're wearing magnetic boots. This opens the opportunity to find clever ways to navigate around levels and engage in mid-air, sword-clashing battles.
In Paperbound, 2-4 friends can duke it out on the same screen in arenas where gravity bends to your will. You can slash with letter openers, throw scissors, and drop ink bombs. Combat ranges from cat-and-mouse to frantic, depending on the number of players and the size of the arena. Each arena comes from one of several books.
