Battle strategy game comes to next gen after three million downloads on PC and mobile
Previously released on Steam (PC) and via app stores (on Apple, Android and Amazon), Battle Islands is also available now for the PS4 system via PlayStation Network, 505 Games announced. Developed by DR Studios, the game has been remade and optimized specifically for the PS4 - it features new controls, UI, maps and content.
Battle Islands is set against the backdrop of World War II, deep in the South Pacific, where players must capture and hold their own island. Players fortify their defenses, amass jeeps, tanks and artillery, upgrade aircraft, control troops and utilize every level of strategy to impose their military might. You will attack enemy bases, seize resources and shoot up the leaderboards as you battle against friends.
