Weapon balancing, perk fixes (including the heavy ammo fix), and other bug fixes
Bungie has issued a new patch for Destiny that fixes an issue in which armor with perks that increase ammunition carrying capacity resulted in ammunition loss upon respawn. Among other gameplay tweaks, it also decreases over-penetration value for weapons with armor piercing perks.
