Girls Can Jump in the Saddle for a Western Riding Adventure with the Release of Let's Ride: Corral Club for PC from ValuSoft
Latest Addition to ValuSoft's Top-Selling(a) Line of Horse Games for Girls
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 2004-- ValuSoft®, a division of THQ® Inc. (Nasdaq:THQI - News), and a leading global publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment and productivity software, today announced the release of Let's Ride(TM): Corral Club for PC. This western riding game is rated "E" for Everyone and will be available at retailers throughout North America for $19.99 SRP.
Let's Ride: Corral Club is designed for horse lovers of every age to give them the chance to become part of the National Western Tour and win the blue ribbon. Girls will choose the horse of their dreams, selecting from 12 beautiful breeds, customizing the horse's mane, saddle, and much more. With the perfect horse selected, the fun of grooming, feeding and even spoiling, their lucky horse begins. Players also choose a character name and identity for themselves, picking out the ideal clothes, boots, hair color and hat, along with their character's name before the competition begins.
Once their horse is groomed, players head to the corral to practice hard. Horse lovers of every skill level will be challenged for hours as they put their horse through the paces - taking a stroll through pastures and playing fun mini games, or even racing around the barrels to sharpen their skills. Then it's time for the big competition! The crowds will roar and cheer as the players hit challenges head-on to qualify for the regional, county, state and national competitions. Players can even earn a framable certificate of achievement and print ribbons from the competition as keepsakes of their events.
"Avid fans of our Let's Ride series have been asking for a Western horse game," said Scott Zerby, Vice President of ValuSoft. "Now with Let's Ride: Corral Club girls of all ages can fulfill their dreams of competing for the blue ribbon in the riding competition."
