About Time of Defiance
ToD is set on the northern continent of Nespanona. After the core of Nespanona collapsed to a very dense ball, the crust shattered into thousands of pieces. These suspended pieces are the islands you, as Cog leader, must guide your tribe to conquer.
ToD gives you the opportunity to expand your empire by fighting hundreds of players for control of inhabited islands. Once conquered, you must exploit the island resources and build the necessary warships and weapons in order to continue you empire’s expansion. You must use a combination of fighting and relationship building strategy in order to take over and defend as much of Nespanona as possible. In this game, rivaling empires remember the deals you did not deliver on and the promises you broke making treachery, propaganda and trade just as important as your fighting strategy.
