Scott Miller from 3D Realms has recently updated his blog with a topic named "Who's left who can design their own game?" where he unveiled that 3D Realms are working on a new project: "Id is now working on an original project, and although we're known for Duke, we also helped bring Max Payne to the market, and we're currently working on an unannounced original game, too". For now, it's unclear if they are developing a new game or they just supervise a new project handled by a third party.
