Atari sent out a press release confirming that the new name for Xenus is now Boiling Point: Road to Hell - the title was unveiled in July (story). In Boiling Point: Road to Hell, gamers will travel to the present day jungles of South America and battle competing factions in a brutal guerrilla war. The game will offer a non-linear gameplay experience, with no loading times or separate levels, a continuous world spanning hundreds of miles, various vehicles and weapons, hundreds of missions and more. The upcoming 3D FPS/RPG powered by the Vital 2 engine in the works at Deep Shadows will be released in spring 2005.
