Electronic Arts today announced that Need for Speed Underground 2 has shipped to retail stores nationwide for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube, Game Boy Advance and PC, carrying a price of $49.99 for PlayStation 2, Xbox and Nintendo GameCube, $39.99 for PC and $29.99 for Game Boy Advance. Need for Speed Underground 2 offers new game modes, deep new performance customisation and tuning, and more than 30 licensed cars. The game also delivers twice the visual customisation upgrades as the original game, providing a staggering 70 billion possible car combinations for total automotive self-expression. The soundtrack will include the Snoop Dogg's remix of The Doors' legendary rock song 'Riders On The Storm' and tracks from Capone, Chingy, Mudvayne, Terror Squad, Xzibit, Queens of the Stone Age, Felix da Housecat, Helmet, Killing Joke and more.
