Project Three Interactive has released a new patch for Kult Heretic Kingdoms, which includes the previous update and can be used for all language versions - the patch fixes several memory management problems, improves the loading times and adds mod support. Be sure also to grab the demo featuring the complete first 4 locations right from the start of the game (all features from the normal game are in, except multilanguage).
