Playboy’s first-ever video game sent for manufacturing
Hip Interactive’s wholly owned subsidiary, ARUSH Publishing, in conjunction with Groove Games, today announced that the North American version of the multi-platform video game release Playboy: The Mansion has been sent off for manufacturing. Developed by Cyberlore Studios for Playboy, the game invites players to virtually step into Playboy Founder Hugh Hefner’s slippers and run the famous Playboy empire. The game soundtrack will include more than 40 artists: Start Trouble, The Wylde Bunch, The Rosenbergs, Aquavibe, Sugarcult and many more - songs from the game's INgrooves radio station, which features dance and house music, will be featured on a CD release mixed by DJ Felix Da House Cat, and released in retail stores and on the Internet in January 2005. Playboy: The Mansion will ship on January 25th 2005, for Xbox, PC and PS2.
