The update corrects an issue that occurred that caused the HUD reinforcement meter to be doubled after map cycling
LucasArts has issued a new patch for Star Wars Battlefront, upgrading the multiplayer action game developed by Pandemic Studios to v1.2. The update adds for Mod Map names longer than 4 characters, a countdown timer for invincibility, and some bugfixes (check full story for changelog). Star Wars Battlefront features 16 unique locations across 10 diverse planets including Hoth, Geonosis and Endor, 20 different soldier types from each of the four factions: Rebel Alliance, Imperial Army, Clone Army and Droid Army, over 25 diverse ground and air vehicles including the AT-ST, X-wing and speeder bike and more. The multiplayer mode supports up to 16 (PS2), 24 (Xbox) and 32 players (PC). For more details about the game, read our review.
