In this unique twist on the fishing genre, 'Finny' the fish lurks below the surface to prey on various fishermen, each unique in biting and fighting as players reel them in. Players try their luck on Lake Sitendrink and Lake Okaychokeme while enjoying the patented Avenger gaming experience - hilarious dialog, slapstick situations and great satire. BASS AVENGER is now available for Windows 95/ 98 and Macintosh ($19.95 estimated street price, Rated "T" or "Teen" by the ESRB). Players can choose between a 10-minute quick trip, 20-minute casual outing or the 30-minute long haul. BASS AVENGER challenges players to manage their lures, attract the fisherman and successfully reel them in. Players choose from a variety of lures including piping hot pizza, a bikini top, suitcases full of money, toilette paper, bags of marbles, girlie magazines, six-packs of beer or jugs of moonshine. Cast your lure and use the bullhorn to call attention to your target. Smack-talking Finny will call out enticing phrases to fisherman including "Hey, a case of corndogs in pristine condition" or "This bait's so good they should call it jail bait" to get them to bite. Once you have one hooked, wear them out and reel them in. Catch the big one? Then proudly mount the catch on the wall in Finny's den.
