A map pack for Star Wars Battlefront, the multiplayer action game developed by Pandemic Studios, is now available for download, offering eight custom maps. (thanks: Shacknews). Star Wars Battlefront features 16 unique locations across 10 diverse planets including Hoth, Geonosis and Endor, 20 different soldier types from each of the four factions: Rebel Alliance, Imperial Army, Clone Army and Droid Army, over 25 diverse ground and air vehicles including the AT-ST, X-wing and speeder bike and more. The multiplayer mode supports up to 16 (PS2), 24 (Xbox) and 32 players (PC). For more details about the game, read our review.
