Tulga Games LLC sent over a press release announcing they that it has completed the purchase of the assets of Artifact Entertainment, the developer of the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) Horizons: Empire of Istaria. Tulga Games also announced that it has received additional funding from C.P. Baker & Company, Ltd. which will be used to fuel continued marketing efforts, ongoing technology, and game development. We remind you that in July 2004 Artifact Entertainment voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in order to restructure their debt, continue operations and improve their financial health (story).
