EA Completes Purchase of Shares of Ubisoft

Electronic Arts announced today that it has completed its previously announced purchase of 3,497,049 shares of Ubisoft Entertainment S.A. from Talpa Beheer B.V. for a purchase price of 19.69 Euros per share. No comment!
