A sequel is in the works
Ubisoft and Gearbox Software announced that the Xbox version of Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 is now available in retail stores at the manufacturer's suggested retail price of $49.99 - both PS2 and PC versions will be shipping to stores shortly after. Based on the true events of the D-Day invasion of Normandy, Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 puts players in the boots of a 101st Airborne squad leader and will immerse them in the gritty, uncensored and emotionally-charged side of war. Players of all skill levels can battle their way through twenty epic single player chapters or go online and challenge their friends with ten competitive and innovative multiplayer missions. Update: a new movie has been added in our download area featuring two minutes of in-game footage narrated by Gearbox's Randy Pitchford, John Antal and audio programmer Scott Velazquez (thanks: 3DGamers).
