Eidos today released its financial results for the period ending December 31, 2004 and they have to deal with a loss of GBP 29.2 million (thanks GamesIndustry). Eidos secured with RBS GBP 23 million, but in case an offer for the company will not be announced by 25 March, RBS can ask Eidos to dispose of its assets and/or intelectual property. As a result, Eidos announced that Hitman: Blood Money and Tomb Raider VII are pushed back to fiscal year 2006, starting July 1st.
