Ubisoft sent us a new video developer diary for the PS2 version of
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory which focuses on technical features of the game. Lead artist Jean-Sebastien Morin discusses the importance of lighting in the game – in addition to looking very cool, it helps guide players through the maps. He also talks about the textures, water effects, and overall realism of the game. And there’s plenty of gameplay footage so you can see first-hand just what he means. Chaos Theory will be released for PC, Xbox, GC and PS2 on March 31, 2005 - don't forget to grab the English single-player
official demo which includes one single-player mission, a tutorial and a multiplayer map.
