Konami announced that Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, available in North America since November 2004, has shipped to the European retail stores, exclusively for PS2. Directed and produced by Hideo Kojima, Metal Gear Solid 3 allows players to use face paint and camouflage uniforms to blend into their environment, giving them the ability to avoid enemy detection and infiltrate dangerous enemy territories - the game is set in a sweltering jungle where you must fight for survival by battling relentless natural elements, as well as an onslaught of ruthless enemy soldiers.
