Reuters today announced that Eidos has agreed a 71 million pounds cash offer (50 pence/share) from Elevation Partners LP. As you know, Eidos secured with RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) GBP 23 million, but a formal offer for the company had to be announced prior to March 25th. As you can see, miracles still happen nowadays, so we could only hope the company will be back on track as soon as possible. As always, we'll keep you posted.
