     1. Action Forms (Vivisector: Beast Inside) celebrated on April 4th ten years since the company stepped into industry. Happy Birthday :)
     2. Aspyr Media announced that Star Wars Battlefront for Mac has hit beta statusand is available for preorder from here, for $49.99. The game is licensed from LucasArts and under development for Mac by Beenox Studios. They also announced that The Sims 2 for Mac will be showcased Friday, April 15th at 7p.m. at the monthly Aspyr game night at Austin's Apple store.
     3. NeenerNeener.Net, a website dedicated to MMORPGs today announced that they have received support from game developers and gamers across the world for the MS Walk 2005. Team NeenerNeener.net participates in the annual fundraising event benefiting research for Multiple Sclerosis, and with generous support from the interactive entertainment industry, has raised more that $30,000 since 2001. Games Media Properties announced today that NESTLÉ Nesquik will be the title sponsor and MTV2 and the Xbox video game system from Microsoft will be presenting sponsors for the 2005 GameRiot Tour. Now in its third year, MTV2 Presents Nesquik GameRiot Powered by Xbox is the world’s largest traveling video game festival and competition, offering gamers a chance to play the hottest new and unreleased video game titles. This year’s tour will encompass more than 85 events in 30 different markets, reaching more than 300,000 gamers.
     6. Expression College for Digital Arts, the premier school of its kind in the United States, in conjunction with the Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.), a non-profit organization established to promote excellence in interactive audio, announced the California-native Nick Zellers as the winner of the first G.A.N.G. Interactive Audio Scholarship for one academic year in Sound Arts at Ex’pression College. Essay submissions were judged on the following criteria: originality and innovation; knowledge of video games; passion and dedication shown toward the field of game audio; organization and skill in presentation of thoughts; and language skills and the use of grammar. Nick Collison, Strong Forward for the Seattle SuperSonics, has added his name to the roster of all-star athletes competing against consumers on Xbox Live as part of the popular Game With Fame program. Collison will be taking on gamers in Electronic Arts' NCAA March Madness 2005 on April 7, 2005 from 3-5 p.m. PT, and he will be playing online with the gamertag SonicsJayhawk.
