SIC Gets Hannibal - Vengeance of Carthage

Tabula Rasa Games today announced an exclusive licensing agreement with Schanz International Consultants. No release date has been unveiled yet. In the game, players take the role of Hannibal Barka, commander in chief of the Carthagian forces against the Roman republic. Powered by Gamebryo's 3D graphics engine, the game will offer three seamlessly-blended gameplay modes: strategic planning, tactical battleplan execution and 3rd person action.
