NCsoft Europe today announced the results of Europe's largest ever City of Heroes costume design competition. The four winning outfits have been chosen, and now over 80 teams from all over Europe are fighting for the chance to wear those outfits in the Grand Finals of Super Summer Slam Spectacular (S4), Europe's enormous City of Heroes tournament.
