NCsoft Europe today announced that one lucky person will get the chance to meet the creator of City of Villains, Jack Emmert, at a top-secret Arachnos lair in the City of London. The lucky winner will attend an elite party with the NCsoft team at the European unveiling of City of Villains on September 1st.
