City of Villains New Screens and Details

NCsoft Europe and Cryptic Studios have released City of Villains concept art, a background report on the mystical Scirocco as well as a set of screenshots featuring his minions, including the deadly Ice Mistral, that terrorize the Rogue Isles. Developed by Cryptic Studios, City Of Villains will be released at the end of October.
