bad brain entertainment has released a playable German demo of The Whispered Wor[l]d, allowing you to try out their fantastic point & click adventure. Point&click anywhere on the screen to let the character move to that location. Press and hold the left mousebutton over any object to display the action-interface. With the left mousebutton pressed, move the mousecursor over one of the three icons (from left to right: mouth [talk to], eye [look at], hand [pick up]) to initiate the action on that object or item. Press the right mousebutton to display your inventory. Drag any object from the inventory holding down the left mousebutton while moving the mousecursor out of the inventory. To use an item simply move the item over the object or character and press the left mousebutton.
