THQ today announced the release of SpongeBob Squarepants The Yellow Avenger for the Nintendo DS on November 25th. This time, the Dirty Bubble has kidnapped SpongeBob's favourite superheroes, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. SpongeBob must fight back using the powers of the Mermaid Man belt (Shrink Ray, Water Ball, Raging Whirlwind, Summon Sea Creatures, Sulphur Vision, Magnetise, Super Speed, Super Jump and Super Super Strength) and restore order in Bikini Bottom.
