NCsoft Europe and Cryptic Studios have released new City of Villains screenshots and renders showcasing Lord Recluse, the leader of the villain group Arachnos, which oversees all criminal activities on Rogue Isles. All other signature villains and villain groups answer to Lord Recluse and his forces.
