Global Star Software released a demo for Mall Tycoon 3, the sequel developed by Cat Daddy Games (thanks: Blues). Mall Tycoon 3 features 40 unique stres, seasonal events and ad campaigns to attract new customers, interactive and expressive 3D shoppers, various decorative items, and more. The demo has all the features from the full version, but it is limited to 60 minutes of gameplay.
